CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

This policy explains the general cancellation and refund process for paid Courses, Events and Coaching Sessions on Asabeels. Specific listings may include additional conditions that should be reviewed before payment.
2. Cancellation by a Member
A Member may submit a cancellation request through the available platform or support channel. Eligibility for a refund depends on the program conditions, timing of the request, payment status and applicable law.
3. Provider cancellation or material rescheduling
If a paid program is cancelled by its provider, or materially rescheduled and the Member cannot reasonably attend, the affected registration will be reviewed for an appropriate refund or alternative arrangement.
4. Bank-transfer payments
Refunds for approved bank transfers may require verification of the payer and suitable refund account details. Never send sensitive banking credentials or passwords.
5. Payment proof
Submitting proof of transfer does not constitute payment approval. If proof is rejected or cannot be verified, the registration may remain unpaid until resolved.
6. No-show and attendance
Failure to attend does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any applicable program-specific terms and legal rights continue to apply.
7. Processing
Approved refunds are processed using an available appropriate method. Processing time may depend on the original payment method, bank, payment provider and required verification.
